Hideaway Nail Design (hideaway nail design llc) is a nail salon at 12508 Vanowen Street, North Hollywood, CA 91605. This policy covers our website, hideawaynails.com, and our online booking site, book.hideawaynails.com.

When you book an appointment we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your appointment. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use your contact details only to run your appointments: confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, receipts, and — after a visit — an occasional invitation to leave a review. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only with the service providers who operate this site on our behalf — Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (text-message delivery), and Resend (email delivery) — and only as needed to deliver those services, or when the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS-consent box when booking, we send appointment-related text messages: booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, and receipts.

• No sharing: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• Message frequency varies with your appointment activity — typically a few messages per appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call us at the salon.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking — if you don't opt in, we'll email your confirmations instead.
