Booking & deposits

Appointments at Hideaway Nail Design (hideaway nail design llc, 12508 Vanowen Street, North Hollywood, CA 91605) are reserved with a deposit, which is applied to your service total. Deposits are non-refundable; if you need a different time, call us and we'll move your appointment and carry the deposit over. The remaining balance is due at your visit.

Text message (SMS) program

When you opt in by checking the SMS-consent box on our booking form, Hideaway Nail Design sends appointment-related text messages: booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, receipts, and occasional post-visit review invitations.

• Message frequency varies with your appointment activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. After you text STOP we may send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
• Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

Payments

Online deposits are processed securely by Stripe. In-salon balances can be paid by card, cash, or the other methods we accept at the desk.
